Memorial: stop the picker and route to a person, with no code, deadline, or push. Email hello@lovestaysstudio.com — A person reads it.
2. Will they hang it or use it every day?
- Hang it → Poster or Framed Poster.
- Use it daily → Mug.
- Both / ready-to-give set → Poster + Mug Bundle.
3. What format fits the recipient?

Locked answers
Proof
- Customer uploads a photo and chooses a style.
- Your proof arrives within 1–2 business days.
- Nothing prints until you approve the proof.
- Changes are free.
Likeness
- The customer checks the proof first, especially the eyes and markings.
- They can request changes before printing; changes are free.
- Nothing is printed from an unapproved proof.
- If yours arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, tell us within 14 days and we will re-make it or refund you.
Christmas
- Order personalized items by December 4 for the best chance of Christmas delivery within the US.
- Most US orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of ordering.
- Approving the proof promptly helps keep the order inside that window.
Shipping
- Free US shipping on orders $65+.
- Below $65, shipping depends on the item and is shown at checkout.
