No review here is paid for, edited into something it was not, or written by anyone who did not actually receive one of our portraits or gifts.

Ordered from us? Here is how reviewing works. A few days after your order is delivered, we will email you a short review form. It takes about a minute: pick a star rating, write a sentence or two, and, if you would like, add a photo of your pet with their portrait or gift. Those photos are the best part of this page, and they help the next pet parent far more than words alone.
Did not get the email? Check your spam folder first — the photo emails sometimes land there. If it is not there, write to us through our contact page with your order number and we will send you a fresh review link.
Not happy with something? Please tell us before you tell the internet. Every Love Stays Studio portrait is covered by our make-it-right promise: if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply does not look like your pet, we will re-make it or make it right. A real person reads every message.
