Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Personalized items are proofed within 1–2 business days and nothing is made until the proof is approved; once approved, items are made in 3–4 business days; US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after that, so most US orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of ordering.
- Ready-made items (heated beds, toys and accessories) ship from US warehouses. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays can occur, especially during the holiday season.
Holiday deadline
Order personalized items by December 4 for the best chance of Christmas delivery within the US.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple packages
Our products are made and shipped by different partners, so orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
