2. Send us a clear photo of your pet. We email you right after checkout.
3. We email you a proof within 1 to 2 business days. Request changes until you love it — nothing is made until you approve it.

4. Once you approve, we make it in 3 to 4 business days, and US delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after that — so most US orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of ordering.

Royal Renaissance

Some pets rule the house. This style just makes it official — your pet's portrait reimagined as an old-master oil painting, complete with velvet cape, ermine trim, and a gold crown, painted from their real photo so the face on the throne is unmistakably theirs.

Vintage Oil Painting

Modern Pop Art

Your pet already has main-character energy. Pop Art turns it up: saturated color, graphic shapes, and a two-tone backdrop, with their real face and real coat colors kept front and center so it still looks like them — just louder.

Minimal Line Art

Drawn in fine black ink with a single wash of gold, this style says the most with the least — a few confident lines that catch the ears, the eyes, and that expression you know by heart. It suits calm, modern rooms the way a loud print never could.

Because line art is the most unforgiving style, your proof matters even more than usual: it arrives within 1–2 business days, we'll revise until you love it, and if the line version doesn't feel like them, we'll re-do it as a watercolor instead. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Superhero Comic

They guard the house, patrol the yard, and rescue every dropped snack. This style draws them the way they see themselves: red cape, bold comic inks, and a sky full of speed lines, painted from your photo so the hero's face is exactly your pet's.

Christmas

Our Christmas portrait puts your pet in a Santa hat and a cozy plaid scarf against evergreen and warm holiday lights, painted from their photo with the same care as our year-round styles. It was made for the mantel, the holiday card, and the gift they weren't expecting.

Every portrait is proofed before printing: nothing is made until you approve your proof, and changes are free until you love it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, we will re-make it or refund you. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Some pet portraits are printed from your photo with no proof at all. Ours is never one of them: nothing is printed until you have seen the proof, approved it, and had every change you wanted made for free.

Read this before you order. We opened today, so we will earn your trust the slow way — with specifics.

1. You approve it before we print it. — Within 1–2 business days we email you a digital proof of your portrait. Look at the eyes. Look at the markings. If something is off, tell us — changes are free, and we do not send anything to print until you reply that it's right.

2. It is made from your photograph, in the style you chose. — Seven styles, one pet, your photo as the reference for every mark and colour. The sample portraits on this page are the same process, start to finish, that yours will go through.

3. If it arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, we re-make it or refund you. — Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photo of the damage, and we will re-make the piece or refund you. That is the whole policy. There is no second paragraph.

4. It takes 7–11 business days, and we will not pretend otherwise. — Most US orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of ordering — proof, approval, print, and shipping each take real time, and approving your proof promptly is what keeps yours inside that window. We say "best chance" because carriers, not studios, control December.

5. We are new. Your order will not be treated like it is routine. — Love Stays Studio — Custom Pet Portraits & Memorial Gifts — opened on October 16, 2026. We have no reviews to point you to yet, and we will not invent any. What we can point you to is the proof in your inbox before a single dollar of printing is spent: if you do not love it, it does not get made.
