Send us a clear photo of your pet. We email you right after checkout.
We email you a proof within 1 to 2 business days. Request changes until you love it — nothing is made until you approve it.
Once you approve, we make it in 3 to 4 business days, and US delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after that — so most US orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of ordering.

Christmas 2026: order by December 4 for the best chance of Christmas delivery in the US.
